Chat Circles
What can we learn with our colleagues?
How can we share our ideas and practice while also making the community grow?
Steps
See how to organize chat circles
1
Who would like to present something?
List of people interested
At the start of the meeting, the facilitator
should create a list of all the participants
who want to talk.
2
Time to share!
The facilitator calls the people
on the list (1 per time)
The "talk" can consist of:
- a question/query that the other participants can help answer;
- some news that the participant would like to share with others.
3
Ask & reflect!
Each talk should be followed
by a group discussion
After each presentation, the group has
5 minutes for questions, comments, and reflections about what was said.

this idea?

How about holding a chat circle once a month?
How frequently do you think this could happen so that
the experience is interesting for your school?
